Payments 

For our Norwegian customers we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, ApplePay and bbhugme gift cards. In addition, we offer Klarna and Vipps.

We cannot split payments between credit cards. Please note all orders are subject to review.   

VAT and other import taxes 

All prices in the webshop are shown in NOK and therefore include Norwegian VAT of 25%. Import tax does not apply to Norwegian customers. 

Refunds 

All refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Refunds can take up to 2-4 weeks for shipping, processing, and for customers to receive a refund on their account statement. Find more information about our returns, claims, and refunds.
